Lake Mead Tour Part 1 - Boulder City AirportTo begin, here is a description of another actual tour offered by a local tour operator:
The first tour I have found picks you up from your Las Vegas hotel in a luxury motor coach which will take you to
the Hoover Dam where you will be introduced to the Discovery Tour hosted by the Department of the Interior.
The tour involves a video presentation, exploration of the Hoover Dam Power Plant Generators and a viewing
from the Penstock Viewing Platform. After the tour you can freely explore the dam then head off to the Lake
Mead Marina to board a steamboat for a 90-minute Lake Mead cruise. I'll provide a link to a full page

This first part of the Virtual Lake Mead Tours series is literally down to
earth. Its a tour introduction during taxi to the runway describing the plan
of flying over Boulder City on to the Colorado River. You'll then be
